AG Report Finds Only 2/3 of Charity Donations Went to Charities & Professional Fundraisers Retained the Rest

Trash, Curbside Composting and Recycling Collection Changes over Thanksgiving Weekend

The New York City Department of Sanitation announced that in observance of Thanksgiving Day, there will be no trash, curbside composting or recycling collection on Thursday, Nov. 25.   Residents who normally receive Thursday trash or curbside composting collection may place their material at the curb between 4 p.m. and midnight Thursday evening. Williamsbridge: Search for Man following Shooting of Victim in Stomach and Leg

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the individual seen in the attached video who is sought for questioning in connection to an assault that occurred in the Williamsbridge section of the Bronx, located in the 47th precinct.   It was reported to police that on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at approximately 10.58 a.m. in front of 3550 Holland Avenue, an individual who was unknown to a 36-year-old male victim, displayed a firearm and shot him.
