The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the person seen in the attached video and photos who is sought in connection to a robbery that occurred in Fordham Heights. No one could have predicted that a woman who was simply walking her dog in Claremont Park, away from speeding motorists on the streets surrounding the park, would be hit by an out-of-control driver, barreling down a footpath inside the park just before dawn on Saturday. The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the person seen in the attached surveillance video and photo who is sought for questioning regarding a fatal shooting that occurred in the vicinity of Tremont, located in the 48th precinct, in December 2021. It was reported to police that on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021, at approximately 9.08 p.m., the victim, a 31-year-old man, was in front of 2001 Arthur Avenue, when he was approached by an unidentified man and shot in the right side of the chest. The shooter then fled on foot to parts unknown.

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance locating the two unidentified male assailants seen in the attached photo and video who are sought in connection with a police impersonation robbery which occurred in Fordham Manor in February. The NYPD confirm a 17-year-old male was shot in Norwood on Tuesday, March 15. The incident was reported at around 8 p.m. at 3366 Decatur Avenue. The youth was shot in the leg and brought to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
