Assemblywoman Latoya Joyner (D-Bronx, 77th A.D.) is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine and food giveaway in the Highbridge section of the Bronx on Saturday, May 1. The event is free and open to the public, with a special emphasis on families living in Highbridge. Opening of Lehman College Vaccination Site On Tuesday, April 20, Lehman College, CUNY formally announced that it has partnered with the City to launch the Bronx’s newest COVID-19 vaccination hub, located at the college’s APEX Athletic Center at 250 Bedford Park Boulevard West in the borough’s Kingsbridge Heights neighborhood, as reported by Norwood News.
