  A 25-year-old local man was arrested for attempted murder and other charges following a daylight shooting in Bedford Park earlier this month.   Officers from the 52nd Precinct were called to Valentine Avenue and East 197th Street for a report of shots fired on Saturday, April 15. Norwood: Man Arrested in Ongoing Murder Inquiry following Stabbing of 53-Year-Old Man
