City Issues Hazardous Travel Advisory ahead of Snow Storm on Sunday, Feb 7 from 6 a.m.

On Saturday, Feb. 5, the New York City Emergency Management Department (EMD) issued a hazardous travel advisory for Sunday, Feb. 7.
