Police Appeal for Help from Public in Citywide Armed Robbery Pattern

UPDATE Throggs Neck: Court Rules Trump Ferry Point LLC Can Continue to Operate Bronx Golf Links

Judge Debra James ruled on Friday, April 8, that Trump Ferry Point LLC, a firm affiliated with the The Trump Organization, may continue to operate the 18-hole, 222-acre golf course, driving range, clubhouse and ancillary facilities at Ferry Point Park East in the Throggs Neck section of The Bronx. UPDATE 12-Year-Old Girl Reported Missing in Allerton Found

The NYPD has confirmed that a 12-year-old girl who had been reported missing in Allerton has been found and is safe.   Prior to being located, according to police, Zamari Alvarez had last been seen in the vicinity of her home in Allerton on Thursday, April 7, at around 6 p.m. She was described as female, approximately 5 feet, 3 inches in height, Hispanic, weighing around 120 pounds, with brown eyes and dark hair. Jerome Park Memorial Event Planned for Saturday, April 9, for those Lost to COVID-19

A coalition of community groups and residents, including Friends of Jerome Park, will hold a memorial event to honor all those lost to COVID-19 to date, as the country surpasses a second year of the pandemic.
