NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) has launched an affordable housing lottery for units at 2441 Crotona Avenue, a 7-story residential building in the Belmont section of The Bronx, as reported by YIMBY.   Designed by Marin Architect, and developed by Stagg Group, the structure yields 51 residential units.
