Bedford Park: Man Sought for Menacing Incident on East 198th Street

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached media, wanted in connection with a menacing incident that occurred in the Bedford Park section of The Bronx on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

 

Police said that on Tuesday, June 16, at around 10.40 a.m. in front of 27 East 198th Street, an unidentified person approached a 40-year-old male victim and got into verbal dispute with him. They said the suspect “made statements of physical violence” and then displayed a gun. They said the suspect then fled to parts unknown, and no injuries were reported.
