A Bronx NYPD officer who was arrested following groping allegations has had the related charges dropped due to lack of evidence, according to a media report. An NYPD spokesperson said that on Sunday, Sept.11, at 11 p.m., the off-duty NYPD officer was arrested and charged in the 44th Precinct, which covers the Grand Concourse, Bronx Terminal Market, and Yankee Stadium. A man and a woman have been shot amid a dispute in Norwood. A 41-year-old man has died following a stabbing incident in Morris Heights.
