The affordable housing lottery closes in six days for units at 2625 Grand Avenue, a four-story residential building in University Heights, The Bronx, as reported by YIMBY, the architecture, construction, and real estate website on Friday, March 26.

 

Designed by Fred Geremia Architects & Planners, the building has six units available on NYC Housing Connect, at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $47,315 to $159,640.
