A 22-year-old man has died following a two-vehicle collision on the Cross Bronx Expressway.   Police said that on Wednesday, April 19, at around 1.43 a.m., officers from the 46th Precinct responded to a 911 call regarding a motor vehicle collision on the southbound Cross Bronx Expressway and Major Deegan Expressway. “Upon arrival, officers observed a 19-year-old male, conscious and alert with minor injuries and a 22-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive with severe head and body trauma,” an NYPD spokesperson said.   “EMS responded to the location and transported the aided males to St. Barnabas Hospital, where the 19-year-old male
