Police confirmed on Wednesday, Nov. 3, that a man was arrested for the murder of Ronnell Garmie, 32, of Fordham Heights in the Bronx, who was shot on Aug. 3. Police responded to a 911 call regarding a person who had been shot in front of 2335 Tiebout Avenue, in the 46th precinct, on Tuesday, Aug. 3, at around 8.13 p.m.   Upon arrival, officers observed a 32-year-old man, Garmie, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to his chest.
