The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached photos who they said is wanted in connection with a sexual abuse pattern identified across certain areas of The Bronx.

Police said that from Jan. 1, 2018 through May 5, 2026, a 10-year-old male, an 11-year-old male, a 13-year-old male, a 13-year-old female, a 16-year-old male, and an 18-year-old male victims were sexually abused by the person listed in the attached photos. The NYPD is requesting help from the public locating the man.

They identified the person as Stephen Charles, a 42-year-old man.
Charles is presumed innocent unless and until convicted in a court of law.
