Motorcyclist Dies in Early Wednesday Morning Crash in Soundview

An early Wednesday morning crash in the Soundview section of the Bronx has claimed the life of a 25-year-old motorcyclist from Patterson Houses. According to NYPD, officers from the 43rd precinct responded to a 911 call about a crash involving an automobile and a motorcycle at Bruckner Boulevard and White Plains Road, at 4:43 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2020. A brief statement issued by NYPD read in part, “Upon arrival [at the scene], officers observed an unconscious and unresponsive 25-year-old male motorcyclist, lying on the roadway with severe trauma about the body.
