Community Coalition Opens First Community Refrigerator in Mott Haven

A coalition of community groups and local leaders are holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Mott Haven Community Refrigerator official launch on Monday, October 12, 2020 at 12 p.m. in Mott Haven at the intersection of 141st Street and Saint Ann’s Avenue in The Bronx. Detectives from the 52nd precinct are investigating their second stabbing homicide of the weekend, after a woman apparently stabbed a man and dragged him out onto the street, apparently leaving him for dead.
