The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance locating Donald Buel, 76, of 745 East 231st Street, in Wakefield, who was reported missing on Wednesday, May 25, in the 47th precinct. Three men are sought by police following a daylight shooting in front of a playground in Morris Heights. The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the three, unidentified men seen in the attached photos and video, who are sought in connection with the reckless endangerment incident that took place in the 46th precinct. It was reported to police that on Saturday May 22, 2021 at approximately 3.42 p.m., the three individuals were walking northbound on University Avenue in front of Morton Place playground which was occupied, at the time, by numerous children and their guardians.

A man has died following a fatal shooting in the vicinity of the Crotona neighborhood. Police responded to a 911 call regarding a man who had been shot at the intersection of East 178th Street and Arthur Avenue in the 48th precinct on Tuesday, May 25, at around 6 p.m. A preliminary investigation revealed the 31-year-old man had been shot multiple times in the torso during a dispute at the location.
