The NYPD is seeking the public’s help locating a 75-year-old man reported missing in Fordham Manor. Officers from the 52nd Precinct said Nigel Bloomfield of 50 East 191st Street, Bronx, NY was last seen Friday, Oct. 14, at 10 a.m., leaving his home. He is described as being around 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs around 175 pounds, has a medium build, black eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing dark pants and a blue shirt with a red stripe. The NYPD announced on Friday, Oct. 14, that the agency is releasing proposed rules concerning the issuance of firearm licenses. According to agency, the proposed rules seek to amend gun licensing standards in light of the Supreme Court decision in the case of New York State Rifle & Pistol Ass’n v. Bruen, 142 S.
