Norwood: Search for Two Men Wanted for Robbery at Gunpoint

 

 

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals seen in the attached video and photographs in connection with a robbery that occurred in the 52nd precinct in Norwood.

 

It was reported to police that on Saturday, Dec. 19, at around 3.41 p.m., at 3322 Decatur Avenue, one of the suspects approached an 18-year-old male victim as he was seated inside his vehicle. The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money.

When the victim told him he didn’t have any, the individual demanded his coat. The victim complied, handing over his coat which also contained his car key. The second suspect stood nearby on lookout throughout the incident. The suspects fled the scene in a light-colored Chevy Silverado in a northbound direction on Decatur Avenue. (It was not the victim’s car.)

 

The first suspect is described as male, wore a blue mask over his face, a black du-rag (headscarf), a blue sweat suit, and white sneakers, while the the second suspect is described as male, was wearing a black mask over his face, a black sweat suit and black sneakers.
