Norwood: One Man Stabbed and One Woman Shot at Lexa Bar at 204th Street

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual wanted in connection to an assault that occurred in the 52nd precinct.

 

On Saturday, March 27, at approximately 2.29 a.m., the suspect approached a 38-year-old male victim as he stood in the door of Lexa Bar, located at 357 East 204th Street in the Norwood section of the Bronx. He produced a knife and proceeded to stab the victim multiple times in his back and head.

 

EMS responded and transported the victim to an area hospital in stable condition.

Later on Saturday night, the NYPD announced that they were also seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a second individual (Individual #2) wanted in connection with the Lexa Bar incident. They said it was reported to police that the second individual exited 357 East 204th Street and discharged a firearm in the direction of the initial suspect (Individual #1), referenced above, as he fled the area.

 

In firing the weapon, the second individual struck a 31-year-old female bystander once in the buttocks. EMS responded and transported the victim to an area hospital in stable condition.
