New York Lottery officials announced Monday, July 6, multiple top-prize winning tickets were sold for the July 5 Take 5 evening drawing, including in The Bronx.
They said one prize-winning ticket worth $13,667 was sold at GNP Sunil Corp, located at 585 West 235th Street in the Riverdale section of The Bronx. They said another prize-winning ticket, also worth $13,667, was sold at 50% Off Cards, located at 474 Grand Blvd in Deer Park.
Lottery officials said TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39, and added that the drawing is televised twice daily at 2.30 p.m. and at 10.30 p.m. They said a lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
They went on to say that the New York Lottery continues to be North America’s largest and most profitable lottery, contributing $3.6 billion in fiscal year 2024-2025 to benefit public schools in New York State.
