They said the suspect then fled on foot to parts unknown, and the victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln in stable condition. They said the Bronx Special Victims Squad is investigating the incident.
Police said the suspect is described as male, has a light complexion, is estimated to be between 20 and 30 years of age, has a medium build, and was last seen wearing a black hoodie jacket, a black hoodie sweater with white drawings, light blue jeans, and white and black sneakers.
