Male Suspect Sought for Criminal Sex Act involving 12-Year-Old Girl

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of an unidentified male suspect seen in the attached photos, who is sought in connection with a criminal sex act which occurred in the 41st precinct.

 

It was reported to police that on Sunday, Nov. 8, 2020 at 3 p.m., the victim, a 12-year-old girl, was standing outside, in the vicinity of 1149 Tiffany Street, when she was approached by an unidentified male who snatched her cellphone, using it to lure her to an alleyway at 1149 Tiffany Street.

 

There, he forced her to perform a sex act. A witness intervened and the unidentified male fled on foot. The witness assisted the victim, and the incident was reported to police. EMS transported the victim to Lincoln Hospital in a stable condition for evaluation. She did not suffer physical injuries.

 

Photos of the unidentified male are attached and available at NYPD. In them, he is seen holding the victim’s cellphone.
