Kingsbridge Heights: Two Sought for Assault & Robbery of Woman

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the people seen in the attached photos who they say are sought in connection with a robbery that occurred in Kingsbridge Heights.

 

Police said that on Wednesday, May 1, at around 3.30 a.m., a 49-year-old female victim was outside 3001 Kingsbridge Terrace when two unidentified males grabbed her and stole her purse, cellphone, and other property.

 

Police said one of the group punched her multiple times in the head and face. “Both individuals fled the location on foot to parts unknown,” a policespokesperson said. “The victim sustained minor injuries and refused medical attention.”

They said the first suspect was described as male, has a dark complexion, and a medium build. They said he was last seen wearing a blue jacket with fur, black pants, and white and black sneakers.

 

Police said the second suspect was described as male, has a light complexion, and a slim build. They said he was last seen wearing a black bubble jacket, a red, hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers with white trim.
