Kingsbridge/Fieldston: Man on Citibike Sought for Alleged Armed Robbery

THE NYPD IS asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in this photo who they say is sought for questioning in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on the border of Kingsbridge / Fieldston.

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached photo who they say is sought in connection to an alleged armed robbery that occurred on the border of Kingsbridge and Fieldston.

 

Police said that on Saturday, Nov. 11, at around 3.40 p.m., the victim, a 24-year-old man, arranged to meet with, and sell a jacket to, an unidentified person in the vicinity of West 242nd Street and Broadway.

 

They said that during the transaction, the person tried on the jacket and then proceeded to display a gun before fleeing the location with the jacket. Police said he fled on a gray Citibike, heading southbound on Broadway. They said there were no reported injuries as a result of the incident.

 

Police said the person sought is described as male, has a light to medium complexion, curly hair, wore all-black attire, and rode a gray Citibike.
