Fordham Manor: Person Sought for Robbery of 18-Year-Old Girl on Fordham Road

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached video and photos who they say is wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred in Fordham Manor.

Police said that on Monday, July 14, at around 1.50 p.m. in front of 16 West Fordham Road, an 18-year-old female victim was approached by a person unknown to her.

“The unidentified individual then forcibly removed the victim’s chain from her neck,” a police spokesperson said.

Police said the suspect then fled on foot, traveling eastbound on Fordham Road to parts unknown. “The victim sustained a minor injury as a result and refused medical treatment on scene,” the spokesperson added.
