Fordham Heights Shooting

On Monday, May 2, 2020 at approximately 5:04 a.m., police officers responded to 62 East 182nd Street within the confines of the 46th precinct regarding a report of an assault.

 

A 53-year-old male reported to police that he was shot in the back by an unidentified individual in front of 2200 Morris Avenue. The suspect fled the scene and the victim was removed to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition, where he was treated and later released.

 

There are no arrests at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
