The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached photos who they say is sought in connection with a murder that occurred in Fordham Heights, as reported.
Police said that on Sunday, May 18, at around 6.45 p.m., officers from the 46th Precinct responded to a 911 call two people who had been shot in front of 374 East 188th Street by Marion Avenue.
“Upon arrival, officers observed a 57-year-old male who sustained a gunshot wound to the head, and a 34-year-old female who sustained a gunshot wound to the left leg,” a police spokesperson said. “Both victims were transported by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital where the male was subsequently pronounced deceased and the female is listed in stable condition.”
Police said the 57-year-old victim had been walking at the location when an assailant fired multiple shots, striking the victim in the head. “The unidentified individual fled the location on foot, traveling eastbound on East 188 Street to parts unknown,” the spokesperson said.
Police said there were no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.

They said the deceased was identified as Kevin Jennings from the vicinity of the Claremont Village section of The Bronx.
