Female ACS Employee Arrested in The Bronx for Assault

Police said a 45-year-old, off-duty, female city employee was arrested in The Bronx.

 

They said that on Tuesday, Oct. 28, at 1.13 p.m. Markquay Minton, an off-duty employee with NYC Administration for Children’s Services, was arrested in the 46th Precinct, which covers some or all of the Bronx neighborhoods of Fordham, University Heights, Morris Heights, and Mount Hope.

They said Minton was charged with assault, obstructing governmental administration, and resisting arrest.

 

She is presumed innocent unless and until convicted in a court of law.
