The Berks County Coroner’s Office in Pennsylvania announced Thursday, June 4, that it has positively identified human remains discovered in Windsor Township, Berks County, PA more than three decades ago, as being the body of a young Bronx mother who was reported missing in the early 1990s, bringing long-awaited answers to a Bronx family who never stopped searching for their loved one.

This week, after some negative feedback about quality-of-life issues in and around the Williamsbridge Oval park in Norwood, and in Norwood more broadly, were sent on May 19 to the Office of Councilman Eric Dinowitz (C.D. 11), Bronx Community Board 7, and the Jerome Gun Hill BID from George Lunney of Norwood Residents Association, as well as other quality-of-life concerns raised recently by other local residents, Norwood News asked readers for their opinions on the situation.
