East 146th Street between Exterior Street and Gerard Avenue This street will be closed at 7 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, through 8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, for crawler crane assembly. East 149th Street Service Road between Dead End and Exterior Street This street will be closed 24/7 through Dec. 8, to facilitate new building construction. East 160th Street between Forest Avenue and Tinton Avenue This street will be closed Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Bridge lift testing at the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge Manhattan span is scheduled for the early morning hours of Friday, Dec. 3, the MTA announced on Wednesday, Dec. 1. The New York bureau of the National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a wind advisory, effective Friday, Oct. 29, from 2 p.m. through Saturday, Oct. 30 at 6 a.m. East winds of between 20 to 30 mph, with gusts up to 50 mph are expected in across New York in Manhattan, Southern Nassau, Staten Island, The Bronx, Northern Nassau, Northern Queens, Southern Queens and Brooklyn. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Due to recent rainfall and a saturated ground, there may be a few uprooted trees.

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance identifying two individuals seen in the attached video who are sought for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred in Williamsbridge, located in the 47th precinct. Gov. Kathy Hochul announced on Friday, Oct. 22, that construction has begun on a $64.4 million project to replace the bridge carrying the Bronx River Parkway over the Metro-North Railroad in the Wakefield and Woodlawn Heights sections of the Bronx.
