Fordham Manor: Police Search for Gunman after Non-Fatal Shooting Injury

  The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male individual seen in the attached surveillance photos and video who is wanted for questioning in connection to an assault (non-fatal shooting) that occurred in the 52nd precinct.   On Monday Dec. 28, 2020 at approximately 4.55 a.m., the unidentified individual fired one gunshot toward another individual while in front of 1 West Fordham Road, after a verbal dispute. Seniors, the Victims of Hit & Run Incidents in the Bronx in December

  At least two elderly women pushing shopping carts or strollers were injured in two separate hit and run incidents in the Bronx in December. Two Restaurant Fires in Fordham Heights & Bedford Park

Two fires reported at two different local restaurants, within days of each other, have resulted in one being shut temporarily and one being closed indefinitely.   On Thursday, Dec. 17, at 7.14 p.m., the FDNY responded to a call for “all hands” in relation to a fire reported at El Buen Ambiente, a restaurant and bar, located at 108 East 198th Street in Bedford Park.   According to officials, the fire began on the roof of the one-story, commercial building located between Creston Avenue and the Grand Concourse.
