Norwood News received unofficial reports of an overturned vehicle at Bedford Park Boulevard and Villa Avenue in the Bedford Park neighborhood of the Bronx. According to the Citizen’s App, the vehicle overturned around 11.20 a.m. on Friday, April 30. One neighbor who lives in the area was coming home at around 12.46 at which point, she said the street had been cleared. Morales, 47, an off duty NYPD Sergeant, was arrested and charged in the 50th precinct with charges of driving while intoxicated, and refusal to take a breath test.
