  An unidentified, 19-year-old man is recovering after he was allegedly run over during a chain reaction vehicle crash which occurred near a ‘pop-up’ car wash in Williamsbridge.   Police and fire department rescue crews raced to 1320 East 222nd Street and Wickham Avenue, following initial radio reports that indicated a man was pinned under a vehicle, a claim which could not be corroborated later by officials, when questioned by Norwood News.   The FDNY reported that the crash occurred at 7:21 p.m. on Sunday, May 2, along the busy thoroughfare of East 222nd Street. Fordham University Offers Tuition Discount to Adult Learner “Neighbors” of the College

  Fordham University plans to provide financial assistance to ‘neighbors’ of the university’s Rose Hill campus, located in Fordham Manor, beginning this fall. Allerton: Two Men Sought in Connection with Shooting

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals seen in the attached photo who are sought in connection with a reckless endangerment (shots fired) incident that occurred in the 49th precinct.   On Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at approximately 10.54 a.m., while the two men were standing in front of 2825 Olinville Avenue in the Allerton section of the Bronx, one of the individuals displayed a firearm and discharged it. Bronx Man Charged with 2012 Olinville Murder of Michael Perez

  A Bronx man has been charged in connection with the 2012 murder of Michael Perez. Audrey Strauss, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, and Dermot Shea, NYPD commissioner, announced on Wednesday, May 5, that Shareef Landsmark, a/k/a “Reef, a/k/a “Wreef,” was charged with the murder, which took place in the Olinville section of the Bronx on September 17, 2012.   Landsmark was arrested on May 4 and was presented before U.S. Magistrate judge, Katharine H. Reminder of Alternate Side Parking Updates

MTA Will Resume 24 Hour Subway Service Beginning May 17
