Lehman College has received a $1 million allocation in city capital funding through Bronx Borough President Rubén Díaz Jr.’s office to upgrade several of its most heavily used lecture halls. The funding was authorized July 1 as part of New York City’s $98.7 billion budget for fiscal year 2022. Police continue to search for a suspect wanted in connection with the beating of an elderly man aboard an MTA bus on May 31, 2021.
