Applications to obtain a construction permit have been filed with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) for a new, seven-story, mixed-use building at 2043 Webster Avenue in the Fordham Heights section of The Bronx, as reported by YIMBY.   Located between East 178th Street and East 180th Street, the lot is a 9 minute walk from the 182-183rd Street subway station and a 10-minute walk from Tremont Avenue subway station, according to Google Maps, both serviced by the B and D trains.
