An investigation into interstate narcotics trafficking resulted in the seizure of around 20 kilograms (nearly 45 pounds) of cocaine worth more than $1 million from a Jeep Grand Cherokee in Yonkers on Wednesday, March 13, federal prosecutors said. Members of the New York Drug Enforcement Task Force (NYDETF) tracked the vehicle from Connecticut through The Bronx and Manhattan and into New Jersey, where it allegedly picked up the load of cocaine, prosecutors said.
Puerto Rico: Four USPS Employees Arrested and Charged with Delay / Non-Delivery of Election Mail
Four U.S. Postal Service (USPS) employees assigned to the 65th Infantry Postal Office in San Juan, Puerto Rico were charged on March 7, with delay of mail in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1703(a), as announced by W. Stephen Muldrow, U.S. attorney for the district of Puerto Rico. A federal grand jury in the district of Puerto Rico returned the indictment.
