NYPD detectives are combing through surveillance video after a couple walking down East Gun Hill Road was attacked by a group of men. The man was stabbed multiple times and remains hospitalized and in serious condition. Police were called to 291 E. Gun Hill Rd. near Perry Avenue at 9:10 p.m. on June 14. Officers from the 52nd Precinct responded and found the unidentified 24 year-old victim with multiple stab wounds. Police apparently rushed the man to nearby Montefiore Hospital, as EMS responded, but the victim was already removed. Police say the unidentified victim remains in serious, but stable condition. Caught on Video: Nighttime Theft of E-Bike on Rochambeau Avenue

Police have released video showing two people who stole an e-bike locked on a fence in Norwood on May 13, according to the 52nd Precinct. Grainy surveillance video shows two suspects in front of 3171 Rochambeau Ave. in Norwood at around 10 p.m. Police say the e-bike was locked and the suspects took it, soon taking off. Nighttime Shooting Near Devoe Park, Suspect Sought

The NYPD is investigating the shooting of a 38-year-man right in front of Devoe Park, sending the victim to the hospital. Police say this happened at around June 9 near the University Heights park around 10 p.m. The victim was shot in the left arm. The shooter quickly fled on foot. Paramedics rushed the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, and was later released. Police say the shooting suspect was last seen wearing a red hood sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes. They estimate he’s around 20 to 30 years old, medium complexion, medium build, with brown eyes and black hair.

The Bronx District Attorney’s Office indicted 16 men and two women–with at least two suspects connected to Kingsbridge Heights and University Heights–on charges of dealing heroin and enough fentanyl to “kill the population of New York” in the South Bronx following a drug seizure on May 28 worth $7 million. The NYPD needs help identifying a suspect caught on grainy surveillance video linked to a morning burglary of the AAA Caridad Gourmet Restaurant on June 1. The burglary was reported to have happened around 6:10 a.m. at the restaurant at 3108 Webster Ave. The suspect was see in the video entering through an unlocked front door, going behind the service counter and pocketing $75 in cash from the register before taking through the front door, making their way to East 205th Street, diagonally the street from the restaurant.
