DEC Launches Artwork Poster Contest Celebrating Trees, Deadline Dec. 31
New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Commissioner Basil Seggos announced on Nov. 13 the start of DEC’s annual Arbor Day Original Artwork poster contest. Arbor Day is a holiday in which individuals and groups are encouraged to plant trees.
