The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jaymir Lee, 15, who lives in the 43rd precinct at 877 Taylor Avenue in the Soundview section of the Bronx, and who was reported missing on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021. Jaymir was last seen Friday, Jan. 1, 2021 at East 176th Street and Jerome Avenue. He is described as being approximately 5 feet, 7 inches tall, with a thin build, weighing 120 pounds, has a medium complexion, brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a navy blue hoodie, black jeans and black sneakers.

On Monday, Dec. 28, 2020, at around 8.39 p.m., police responded to a 911 call regarding a man who had been stabbed at 2802 Olinville Avenue, in Allerton section of the Bronx, in the 49th precinct. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 56-year-old man, unconscious and unresponsive, with a stab wound to the chest. The aided man was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi where he was pronounced deceased. There were initially no arrests, and the investigation was ongoing. On Friday, Jan. 8, 2021 at approximately 00.15 a.m., police responded to a 911 call regarding a man who had been stabbed at the corner of Boynton Avenue and Westchester Avenue, in the 43rd precinct. Upon arrival, responding officers discovered an unidentified man lying on the ground, unconscious and unresponsive, with multiple stab wounds to his body. EMS also responded to the location and transported the victim to Westchester Square Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
