The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified man seen in the attached video and photos who is sought in connection with an attempted rape pattern in the 46th and 44th precincts. Following an early morning police-involved shooting in the Bronx’s 40th precinct on Sunday, NYPD Chief of Department, Terence Monahan provided a written and video statement on the incident, prefacing his remarks by saying that the information provided was preliminary and subject to change, as the investigation is still ongoing. A three-alarm fire in the Woodlawn section of the Bronx has injured one firefighter and destroyed two businesses according to the FDNY. Meanwhile, one of the business owners told the Norwood News that four families living in four, separate apartments, above the damaged businesses, have been displaced.
