Woman Shot in Norwood, First of 5 Victims Shot during 12-Hour Duration

A woman sitting in the front passenger seat of a vehicle was the first of five people to be shot during a string of non-fatal, daytime shootings that took place across the borough within a 12-hour duration.   Police were first called to 3585 Jerome Avenue at East 215th Street in Norwood at 7:11 a.m. on Thursday, June 16.
