Belmont: 42-Year-Old Woman Dies in Residential Building following Large Amount of Blood Loss

A 42-year-old woman has been found deceased inside a residential building in Belmont.

 

Police said on Friday, June 10, at around 5 p.m., police responded to a 911 call regarding the aided woman who was inside an apartment at on East 187th Street.

 

“Upon arrival, officers observed a 42-year-old female, unconscious and unresponsive inside of a bathroom, that suffered a large amount of blood loss,” police officials said. “EMS responded and pronounced the female deceased on scene. The Office of the Medical Examiner will determine the exact cause of death.”

 

They added that there were no arrests at this time and the investigation remains ongoing.
