Police said that Madison Billups of 2924 Grace Avenue was last seen at her home on Wednesday, April 23, at around 7.45 a.m. They said she is described as female, Black, has brown eyes and yellow hair, is around 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and weighs 110 pounds.
