Building applications have been filed with New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) for a four-story, residential building at 3220 Tiemann Avenue in the Baychester section of  The Bronx, as reported by YIMBY.  Located one block from Haffen Park, on a dead-end block, the interior lot is walking distance from the Baychester Avenue subway station, serviced by the B train.

Ron Karo of Mona Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed, 38-foot-tall development will yield 29,679 square feet designated for residential space, incorporating 34 living units, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 872 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, a 56-foot-long rear yard, and 30 open parking spaces.
