A 59-year-old woman has died following a freak incident during which a tree apparently fell into an occupied swimming pool in Spuyten Duyvil. A 30-year-old man is dead following an apparent double shooting incident in the Bedford Park section of The Bronx, police said. A 31-year-old woman was also shot, but survived.
