Eastchester: Man Sought in Rape Pattern

ANTHONY ROBINSON, 42, IS wanted by police in connection with two rapes that occurred in the Eastchester section of The Bronx within the last year.

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help locating a person wanted in connection with a rape pattern that has been traced across the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Eastchester section of the Northeast Bronx.

 

Police said that the first incident took place on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025, at around 10 p.m. inside a residence located in the vicinity of Boller Avenue and Tillotson Avenue. They said Anthony Robinson, 42, allegedly raped a 30-year-old female victim and the victim was transported to a local area hospital in stable condition.

 

Police said the second incident occurred on Wednesday, May 6, at around 11 p.m. inside a residence located in the same vicinity of Boller Avenue and Tillotson Avenue. They said Robinson, allegedly punched and raped a 22-year-old female victim, who was transported to a local area hospital in stable condition.

 

They said Robinson is described as male, has a dark complexion, brown eyes, is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs around 190 pounds.

 

Rape is 25% in the last 28 days in Patrol Borough Bronx North (PBXN) compared to the same timeframe last year and year-to-date rape in Patrol Borough Bronx North is up 27.3 percent compared to the same timeframe last year. PBXN comprises NYPD Precincts 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, and 52.

 

As reported on June 26, following the rape of a 13-year-old girl in the North Riverdale section of The Bronx, a Yonkers man was recently arrested, and separately, an 18-year-old was arrested following the rape of a 17-year-old girl in the Throggs Neck section of The Bronx.

“The Special Victims Unit’s 24-hour hotline is staffed around the clock allowing individuals the ability to report sex crimes and be connected directly and immediately with the appropriate Special Victims Squad who will handle their report,” an extract from the NYPD’s website reads. “To make a report of a sex crime, call our 24-hour hotline at 646-610-7272 or 212-267-7273.”

 

The extract continues, “The NYPD in conjunction with The New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault provides access to the resources and services survivors of sexual violence need in the Sexual Assault Survivor Resource Guide which can be found in every precinct, police service area, and transit district throughout New York City and can also be accessed here, click here

 

The District Attorney’s office also urges anyone who is, or who believes someone they know is, the victim of a sex crime to call the Bronx District Attorney’s Office.
