The NYPD is investigating a slashing and robbery that took place in the Bedford Park Boulevard subway station, serving the D train in the Bedford Park section of The Bronx.
Officers from the 52nd Precinct and Transit District 11 were called to the northbound platform at the station, located at East Bedford Park Boulevard and Jerome Avenue at 7.40 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 11, a police spokesperson said.

Police have no description of the suspect, but detectives are continuing to investigate the incident.
