The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached video and photos who they say is wanted in connection with a groping incident that occurred in Kingsbridge Heights.
Police said that on Friday, July 25, at around 8 a.m., a 30-year-old female victim was aboard a southbound “D” train approaching the Kingsbridge Road train station when an unidentified person sat next to her, placing his hand underneath the victim’s buttocks as she also sat down.

“The victim detrained, and the unidentified individual remained on the train to parts unknown,” an NYPD spokesperson said. “There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.”
Police said the suspect is described as male, has a light complexion, black hair, and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, green sweatpants, and black sneakers.
