Police said Joseph Guilavogui of 38 West 182nd Street was last seen leaving his home on Thursday, March 5, at around 9 p.m. They said he’s described as male has a dark complexion, is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weighs around 150 pounds. They said he was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, a black shirt, and multi-colored sneakers.
