The NYPD is appealing to the public for help identifying the person seen in the attached photos who they say is wanted in connection with a robbery that took place in the Tremont section of The Bronx.
Police said that on Thursday, Dec. 11, at around 7.10 p.m., a 20-year-old woman was waiting for an MTA Bus at the corner of East Burnside Avenue and Valentine Avenue when she was approached by an unidentified person who demanded money from her.

They said the person then pushed the victim to the ground and stole her purse which contained around $500 and various forms of identification. They said the victim sustained pain to her stomach and was transported by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
Police said the suspect is described as male, was last seen wearing a dark colored jacket, black sweatpants, and black and white sneakers.
